FOUNDER and HEAD COACH

Stephanie is a certified life coach and the Founder of Pivot Coaching and The Pivot Coaching Collective. Prior to her coaching career she spent 15 years working on gender inclusive economic advancement programs with social enterprises and non-profits globally. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Brandeis University, and lives in the Boston area with her family.

Thom has spent over a decade working in project management in both the non-profit and private sectors, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and small business development in emerging economies. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Thom is a graduate of American University and Brandeis University, and lives in Greater Boston with his family.

Jillian has been working in education for over 20 years, with deep experience in both the public and private school systems. She has worked in the U.S. and abroad as an educator, curriculum developer, and currently Chair of the English Department at the Fenn School, where she has focused on programming to expose students to justice work around the world. She currently lives in Greater Boston with her husband and three children.
